Conference Registration Entitlements
Registration entitles delegates to access the following:
- Conference Badge
- Conference Bag
- Full access to all conference sessions
- Lunch will be provided from November 14 to 16; dinner will not be included.
Registration Confirmation Letter
1. After completing your registration and payment, the system will automatically send a registration confirmation email to your registered email address, which will include your registration number.
* Please note that some email providers may filter or block automated emails.
2. You may also check your payment status and print your registration confirmation from the Personal Center.
Visa Invitation Letter
1. The visa application section is available ONLY to delegates who have completed their payment. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be able to access this section in your Personal Center.
2. Please ensure that you submit the correct information online.
3. Our staff will review your submission, and a visa invitation letter will be issued to you within 5 working days.
* We kindly remind you to allow sufficient time in advance for your visa application.
Payment Option
Credit card payments (Mastercard or Visa) and all registration fees will be settled in CNY only. Any exchange rate differences or losses shall be borne by the participants.
Receipt Download
Once you have completed your registration and payment, you can download the conference receipt from the “My Orders” section of your Personal Center.
